Discover something new with violinist Vilde Frang and her ensemble of classical and folk musicians in a programme of Hungarian traditional music, including Bartók’s soulful First Violin Sonata and joyous traditional dances. Hear how traditional folk sounds have influenced classical music.
Don’t miss Sounds of Ihsane, where Tunisian viola d’amore player Jasser Haj Youssef performs with a group of musicians from across the Middle East. You can also watch the full dance performance Ihsane, which explores grief and connection through movement and music.

Join brass players from across Scotland for a tribute to the incredible John Wallace.

Our flagship Art of Listening workshop returns for all the family to enjoy. Led by an opera singer, pianist and facilitator, this interactive event celebrates the power of listening deeply, together.
Join us for a transatlantic celebration of sound at the Family Concert (back due to popular demand!). The LA Phil’s youth orchestra, YOLA, joins with Scotland’s Big Noise and superstar conductor Gustavo Dudamel for a selection of high-spirited classical pieces.
