EIFF: Talent Assemble

Hello Filmmakers & Industry: Talent Assemble

This year, we have been overjoyed by the stories of writers, directors, producers, animators, composers, sound designers and many other film industry folk who have experienced key moments in their careers at Edinburgh International Film Festival, and told us of the special place the Festival holds for them. While we are not hosting a formal industry programme as part of this year’s edition, we want to make space for a celebration of our community.

So if you’ve ever been a participant in EIFF’s Talent Labs or development programmes, been a Trailblazer, a Young Critic or Young Programmer, or if you’ve ever screened a film at the Festival in the past, consider this a bat signal: we want to hear from you.

Filmmakers who have screened work in the Festival in the past, and industry professionals who have taken part in the myriad EIFF talent development schemes, who are interested in attending are encouraged to get in touch with the Festival.

Please fill in the below form so we can get in touch and invite you to a very special event on Saturday 19 August 2023 to reconnect with alumni, meet new creative collaborators, and raise a glass to the wealth of emerging and established talent, who have made EIFF a vibrant Festival, bursting with creativity year after year.
