At Home Support
Please note that you'll need to be logged into your EIF account to view a digital performance.
You can find the full listing of our digital performances on the At Home page, along with the dates when they'll become available to watch online.
You'll find answers to some frequently asked questions below, or you can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about At Home performances.
Where can I find a link to watch the performance?
Once you've booked your free ticket, you'll receive an email from us with a PDF attachment. The PDF will include a link directly to the event page, where the performance will be hosted once available. This email may go to your 'other' or junk folder by mistake, so you may want to check there if you haven't yet received your email.
Alternatively, all our At Home performances are listed on our website here.
Which browsers can I use to watch digital performances?
Digital performance videos work on most major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera and Brave on Windows and macOS. We recommend that you update your browser before viewing whenever possible.
Can I cast or mirror from my phone to the TV?
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can cast video content from the Chrome browser onto your television. There's a guide on how to set that up here.
If you have an Apple device and an Apple TV, you can use Airplay to stream video content from a Safari browser onto your television. There's a guide on how to set that up here.
If you use Fire TV, you can cast your device screen onto your television and then open the video in full screen mode.
How do I download videos to my computer?
Digital performances are not available for download. You'll need access to a stable internet connection for the duration of the performance to view.
Are captions available?
Captions will be available on all At Home videos. You'll be able to turn on captions within the video player on the page.
I'm having trouble signing in to watch
You can login from anywhere on the website by visiting your Account page. From this page you can also register as a new customer, or request a password reset link.
Once you're logged in, go to the At Home page and look for the performance you want to view. If this performance is now available, you've booked your free ticket and are logged in, the video should be visible on the page and all you'll need to do is press 'play'.
If you're not yet logged in, there will be a pop-up message on the page asking you to login or book a ticket to view the video. Please enter your email and password when prompted. Once you've logged in, you should then be able to quit the pop-up and view the video.
If you're successfully logged in but haven't yet booked your ticket, the pop-up will let you know that you must book a free ticket to watch the performance. You can use the 'Book Ticket' link to book your free ticket. You'll be able to watch as soon as you've completed the checkout process by returning to the At Home events page.
There can sometimes be a delay of a few minutes between booking your ticket and being able to access the video. If you're unable to view a video immediately after booking your ticket, please wait five minutes, then refresh the page and try again.
If you've booked your ticket but are still unable to view, or have any other difficulties accessing the videos, please contact the digital team at email@example.com.
