At Home Support

The full details of our 2022 At Home programme in partnership with abrdn, along with the release schedule, are on our At Home page.

You'll find answers to some frequently asked questions below, or you can get in touch with us at [email protected] with any questions about At Home performances.

Where can I watch the performance?

All our At Home performances will be hosted our website here. You'll also find them on our YouTube channel.

Which browsers can I use to watch digital performances?

Videos are playable on most major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera and Brave on Windows and macOS. We recommend that you update your browser before viewing whenever possible.

Can I cast or mirror from my phone to the TV?

If you have the YouTube app on your television, you should be able to watch all At Home videos within it.

If you have a Google Chromecast, you can cast video content from the Chrome browser onto your television. There's a guide on how to set that up here.

If you have an Apple device and an Apple TV, you can use Airplay to stream video content from a Safari browser onto your television. There's a guide on how to set that up here.

If you use Fire TV, you can cast your device screen onto your television and then open the video in full screen mode.

How do I download videos to my computer?

Digital performances are not available for download. You'll need access to a stable internet connection for the duration of the performance to view.

Are captions available?

Captions will be available on all At Home videos. The easiest way to turn on captions is to choose the video you want to view from our YouTube channel listings and use the subtitles/captions button to enable captions.

If you have any other difficulties accessing the videos, please contact the digital team at [email protected].

My video keeps skipping or lagging.

If you are having trouble viewing a video, check your download speed at http://www.speedtest.net/. We also recommend clearing your browser’s cache and ensuring your browser is updated to the most recent version.
