Join Our Access Panel

The Access Panel is a group of D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people who meet with Festival staff throughout the year to shape our accessibility plans.

Following the success of our first two-year pilot, we’re excited to open applications for a new cohort of people who are passionate about the Festival and committed to improving access.

What’s involved:

  • 4 x two-hour meetings a year, held in-person at The Hub in Edinburgh and via video call – the first meeting will be in the second half of November.
  • Meetings offer a space to reflect and brainstorm ideas on how we can continue to improve access across the Festival.
  • Members receive a fee of £100 for each two-hour quarterly meeting.

Who's eligible:

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Based in Edinburgh or the surrounding areas (e.g. East Lothian, West Lothian, or Midlothian)
  • Open to D/deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent individuals. Learn more about these definitions.

Join our Access Panel and shape the future of access at the International Festival

Applications close on Monday 3 November.
