The generosity of our supporters plays a vital role in making sure the Festival continues to be world class each year.
Each of the artists and companies appear at the invitation of the Festival Director, and we cover all the costs associated with their performance in Edinburgh. Edinburgh International Festival receives approximately 50% of its total income from public sector grants. The other 50% is generated through ticket sales, sponsorship and donations. Our supporters therefore play a key role in helping to bring the world’s premier artists and companies to Scotland each summer. There are many ways in which you can become involved, whether you’re an individual, a business, or a Trust or Foundation. Discover below the different ways that you can support the work of the Festival now and into the future.
