How Whitebox is redefining The Hub experience.

The Hub: the Festival's home, the place for audiences to experience everything up close, in the place where each programming begins and comes to life each year. 

We wanted to elevate the offering, giving audiences an experience that matches the wonder and magic captured on stage – that's where Whitebox comes in.  

We are delighted to welcome Whitebox cocktails as, not only a partner, but our first ever Hub Bar collaborator. 

The Hub's intimate performance space brings artists and audiences closer together, designed as the Festival's green room: a welcoming space where performers gather before and after they take the stage. In that spirit, this partnership invites audiences to relax and make themselves at home. Across the 19 performances taking place at The Hub this August, ticket holders will be greeted with a complimentary high-quality single-serve cocktail crafted by Whitebox. 

The Hub’s bar, the Dunard Bar, has this year been reimagined as a living archive of the International Festival, holding decades of programmes, photographs and memorabilia for guests to browse over a drink before shows. It’s the perfect pairing; audiences can experience so much more of the Festival, with an elevated cocktail in hand.  

This partnership encapsulates the breadth and creativity that can be found when working with Edinburgh International Festival.
