About Los Angeles Philharmonic Residency

'The most important orchestra in America’ (The New York Times) returns to the Festival.

The influential Gustavo Dudamel conducts two exhilarating programmes of Beethoven symphonies dynamically contrasting with striking new, full-length works.

In Dudamel’s final year as the LA Phil’s Music & Artistic Director, this residency showcases the depth of their Grammy Award-winning partnership. As well as the LA Phil's two Usher Hall concerts, we shine a spotlight on YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles) who perform alongside their Scottish peers, Big Noise, in our Family Concert.
