Access Pass Focus Groups

What is the Access Pass?

The Access Pass is our new access ticketing scheme, designed to improve the booking experience for D/deaf and disabled audience members.

The Access Pass will allow customers to book specific tickets and events online for the first time. These include:

  • Booking a wheelchair space
  • Booking an essential companion ticket
  • Booking a priority viewing seat for BSL interpreted performances
  • Booking a ticket for a touch tour, which complement our audio described performances
  • Booking a ticket for a Deaf Theatre Club event, which complement our BSL interpreted performances

Why are we running focus groups?

In order to make the Access Pass as beneficial as possible, we are running focus groups for audience members with specific access needs to help shape this new ticketing scheme.

Who would we like to take part?

We are looking for customers past, present and future who are interested in attending performances that have accessible provisions, or who book wheelchair spaces or essential companion tickets. If you're not sure whether it's right for you, get in touch by completing the form below and we can discuss.

What will happen at the focus groups?

Participants will be asked to give feedback on the registration and online booking process for the Access Pass, as well as the way we talk about the scheme in a leaflet and on our website.

When and where will the focus groups take place?

The focus groups will take place online on Wednesday 26 January 2022 at 10am and 4pm.

You will be asked to take part in one session lasting no longer than 90 minutes.

How will participants be compensated?

All participants will be compensated with a £50 gift voucher of their choice.
