SOPHIE, Lanark Artefax, Spencer & Sofay

Presented by Numbers

An evening of exciting names in dance music, with live performance and DJ sets as part of Light on the Shore with Edinburgh Gin Seaside at Leith Theatre.

Glasgow record label Numbers presents an evening of exciting names in electronic music, with innovative live performance and DJ sets from a selection of national and international guests including SOPHIE, Lanark Artefax, Spencer and Sofay.

A leading Scottish exponent of original and forward thinking electronic music, Numbers have released a string of records from influential producers including SOPHIE, Italy’s Lory D and Glasgow’s Denis Sulta. Glasgow aces Hudson Mohwake and Rustie are regular Numbers collaborators, and Jamie xx and Jessie Ware both released their debut singles through the label.

Initially born as a party from a collective of likeminded friends (the first ever Numbers in 2003 saw residents Jackmaster and Spencer joined on the bill by London’s Actress), Numbers continues to support visionary artists and celebrate inventive production through releases and events.
