Donations made to Edinburgh International Festival Society between 1 March and 30 October 2026 will be eligible to be match funded on a 1:1 basis (ie: a £15 donation will be matched by £15 from available match funding, for a £30 total).  

The total available match funding is £60,000; after this amount is reached, no further donations will be match funded. Donations can be Gift Aided if the donor is eligible for Gift Aid (see gov.uk/donating-to-charity/gift-aid for eligibility criteria), however the Gift Aid cannot be match funded.  

No benefits are given to the donor in exchange for donations. Donations must be given without restriction.
