The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Website & Email Manager to join the Communications and Digital team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.

The Role:
From leading the website's ongoing development to running well-targeted email campaigns across a range of audience segments, you'll be central to both web and email strategy and how people discover, engage with and support the Festival online. You'll work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager, the Digital Officer, the Head of Communications and Digital and colleagues across the organisation to connect our digital channels to the Festival's wider strategic goals.

Performance Indicators and Deliverables 
•    Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the Festival's website
•    Develop and deliver a strategic approach to email marketing and WhatsApp/SMS comms
•    Optimise landing pages and user journeys across web and email to maximise conversions
•    Manage the CMS and web development agency to keep the site effective and up to date
•    Ensure consistency of brand messaging across web and email channels
