The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Digital Officer to join the Communications and Digital team. The Role:
You'll be hands-on across the Festival's website and email – editing and updating website content, building segmented email campaigns, and also contributing to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods. You'll work closely with the Website & Email Manager, the Social Media & Content Manager and colleagues across the Communications, Digital and Audiences teams, gaining broad experience across the full range of the Festival's digital activity.

Performance Indicators and Deliverables 
•    Manage and update content across the Festival website throughout the year
•    Generate segmented email communications that build engagement and drive ticket sales
•    Contribute to community management and social media posting, particularly at peak periods
•    Support the wider team with copywriting, proofing and house style guidance
•    Assist with reporting on key performance indicators across web, email, CRM and social channels
