Raphaël Feuillâtre
French guitarist Raphaël Feuillâtre is renowned for his fresh interpretations of classical and contemporary musical greats. His innate musicality, combined with an effortless on-stage vitality, makes Feuillâtre one of the most intriguing guitarists performing today.
In his virtuosic and wide-reaching programme, Feuillâtre leads an expedition through hundreds of years’ worth of music, tracing a path from the writing of the early music period to the modern techniques of guitar composition.
Across two halves, Feuillâtre’s musical voyage will, in turn, visit the European Baroque, before touring across Spain, Paraguay and Argentina, and finally landing in France. We traverse early music from Johann Sebastian Bach and Domenico Scarlatti up to the contemporary voices of Manuel de Falla and Roland Dyens. Showing off his exquisite technical abilities, alongside a crystalline musicality, Feuillâtre guarantees to impress.
