Enjoy the world's greatest musicians in Edinburgh this summer...for FREE!

This year’s International Festival has something for everyone. The Usher Hall will host some of the world’s greatest orchestras including the Russian National Orchestra, the São Paulo Symphony Orchestra and the Minnesota Orchestra. The Mariinsky Opera present a concert performance of Wagner’s mythic opera Das Rheingold and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra concludes the 2016 Usher Hall concerts with Schoenberg’s choral epic Gurrelieder.

Our series of morning concerts in the intimate setting of the The Queen’s Hall offer a rare opportunity to see some of classical music’s greatest performers, such as pianist George Li, cellist Steven Isserlis and singer Magdalena Kožená.

Join us at the Edinburgh Playhouse for a symphonic reimagining of Martyn Bennett’s visionary final album GRIT; which brings together an 80-piece symphony orchestra, plus folk and jazz instrumentalists and singers.

If you're at school in Edinburgh and the Lothians – studying music, playing an instrument or performing in an ensemble, sign up now to take advantage of your Young Musician's Passport this summer.
