With its great, round roof and outstanding acoustics, Usher Hall is a true Edinburgh institution. During August, there is an International Festival performance in the hall almost every night.

Venue accessibility
  • Lift to all levels
  • Level access through the glasswing entrance with automatic doors
  • No level access to Grand Circle Bar; ask venue staff for assistance
  • Upper Circle may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties
  • Wheelchair spaces are located in mid Stalls and Grand Circle
  • Accessible toilets on all levels
  • Loop system in auditorium; coverage is best in the Stalls and Grand Circle
  • Box Office has low counter 
  • Assistance dogs are welcome and can be looked after by venue staff

Make sure you arrive at venues in plenty of time as latecomers may not be admitted.
