This purpose-built centre opened in 1995 and has welcomed around 980,000 delegates from around the world for more than 2400 events.

Getting to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre

  • Walk...up Haymarket Terrace or meander down Morrison St.
  • Bike...map your route here.
  • Bus...in on Lothian bus routes: Lothian Road: 1, 10, 11, 15, 16, 24, 34, 47, Morrison Street: 2, Haymarket: 3, 4, 12, 25, 26, 31, 33, 44. 
  • Drive...no parking is available at the EICC, but there are car parks on Semple Street (Scottish Widows), Morrison Link (Premier Inn), NCP: Edinburgh Castle Terrace (6 disabled bays) and Sheraton Car Park (6 disabled bays). The Drop Off Point is in front of the Building on Morrison Street.

Accessing the Edinburgh International Conference Centre

The following access facilities are available at the venue:

  • Wheelchair Accessible.
  • Assistance animals welcome.
  • Lift access to all levels.
  • Level access to the main entrance.
  • Wheelchair spaces are available at the front of the seating bank.
  • An induction loop in the auditorium can be used by patrons in conjunction with their own hearing aid by switching it to the ‘T’ position.
