As a Member, you have access to an exclusive programme of events, including everything from backstage tours and talks with artists to overseas trips to joining us for a pre-performance or interval drink during the International Festival. These events provide exclusive behind-the-scenes insights, enhancing your membership experience and bringing you closer to the International Festival.

In their 140th anniversary year, the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Long Yu are joined in Edinburgh by outstanding US cellist Alisa Weilerstein for a captivating concert of Dvořák’s Cello Concerto and Shostakovich’s Symphony No 5. International Festival Members are invited to enjoy a working rehearsal with the orchestra, ahead of their evening concert.

Drawing four years of concert performances of the Ring cycle at the International Festival to a close, this year’s final instalment in our Usher Hall series sees an outstanding cast of international soloists join Sir Andrew Davis and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra for Wagner’s epic opera, Götterdämmerung. Join us to experience a working rehearsal of this thrilling production.
