An exclusive event for members of the Edinburgh International Festival. Take a peek behind the curtain of Counting and Cracking, a theatrical epic, and learn about everything that goes into staging the production.
Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the sets and staging of Counting and Cracking. Counting and Cracking follows one family's journey through love, heartbreak, civil war and migration from Sri Lanka to Australia in an epic multigenerational tale.
This tour will be led by Neil Mickel, our new Head of Production. He looks forward to bringing members behind the curtain of this exciting production.

All ticket prices are inclusive of fees. In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we would encourage you to opt for electronic tickets. On purchasing your ticket your name will be placed on a guest list.

Your safety

Ticket exchanges & refunds
If you or anyone in your household has had any recent COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home for everyone’s safety. If you are unable to attend any event at the 2022 Edinburgh International Festival for any reason related to COVID-19, we will refund the full cost of the ticket to the lead booker. Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the performance.
