 <title>Richard Wright wins 2009 Turner Prize</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Congratulations go out to Glasgow-based artist Richard Wright who won the 2009 Turner Prize last night.
