Hub Tickets
Hub Tickets provides ticketing service to the Edinburgh International Festival.
Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
Once booked, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Resales
Tickets are taken back for resale on the condition that they will only be offered for sale once a performance is sold out. A commission applies to tickets sold using this service. For more information please call Hub Tickets on +44 (0) 131 473 2000.
Fees
All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT. We do not charge any fee for any booking. There is an extra charge for despatching tickets by post.
Ticket Despatch
In the course of online booking you will be offered the option to have your tickets mailed to you for an additional cost, indicated when the contents of your shopping basket are confirmed.
You may collect your tickets in person if you choose or if you are booking for an event which happens within 7 days of your booking. Tickets are held for collection at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh EH1 2NE and are available as soon as your online credit card transaction has been confirmed. Tickets can also be collected at the venue, just before the performance you have booked for. Please call Hub Tickets for details on 0131 473 2000.
Tickets can only be collected on production of the credit card used to pay for them by the cardholder. Please have your client number and/or your order number when you collect your tickets, which are on your Booking Confirmation email.

Bank of Scotland Fireworks 'Share your photos competition'
- Employees of the Edinburgh Festival Society, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating.
- To enter the 'Share your photos competition' simply email your photo(s) to fireworks@eif.co.uk with your name address and a contact telephone number.
- Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
- The winner will be notified by 28 September by telephone or email. If the winner does not respond after 7 days of being notified, the promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
The prize includes:
- 2 Ross Theatre tickets for the 2009 Bank of Scotland Fireworks Concert.
- If any circumstances out of the promoter's control mean that the prize advertised is not available, the promoter will provide a prize of equivalent value.
- The promoters' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
