Access information for ticket holders
There is restricted parking on the night of the Fireworks so we advise you to leave your car behind and take public transport and/or walk on the night if at all possible. If you are arriving in the city centre from the North
Access to the gardens is on foot via Hanover Street, then across Princes Street to the Floral Clock Entrance at the bottom of the Mound or via Charlotte Square and South Charlotte Street to Princes Street and the West End Entrance.
If you are arriving in the city centre from the South
Access to the gardens is on foot via Lothian Road and then King's Stables Road Entrance or via North Bank Street and then down The Mound to the Floral Clock Entrance.
If you are arriving in the city centre from the East
Either walk along George Street and then access the Floral Clock Entrance via Hanover Street or alternatively walk along the north side of Princes Street from the East End and enter via the Floral Clock Entrance.
If you are arriving in the city centre from the West
Walk down Lothian Road and access the gardens via either Kings Stables Road Entrance or by the West End Entrance of Princes Street by St John's Church.
N.B. Ticket holders may need to show stewards their tickets in order to walk along Princes Street, which is otherwise closed for the evening.
