DEPUTY TICKET SERVICES MANAGER Salary c £20,000

The Deputy Ticket Services Manager assists in managing Hub Tickets, box office for the Edinburgh International Festival and a successful commercial ticketing agency. It provides exceptionally high standards of service both to customers and client organisations.

You will be an experienced box office/ticketing professional able to ensure Hub Tickets offers the highest standards of customer care, data collection and staff management. You should have a minimum of five years' relevant experience (or equivalent), at least two at a management/supervisory level, in arts or events related ticketing.
